My dogs had their own area in the woods. I already booked my next visit. My husband and I could work online. The owners are very friendly.

Really enjoyed my weekend staying at Woodlands. The cabins are well equipped and clean. Lorraine and Joe were wonderful hosts and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and able to enjoy our family gathering.

My family and my furbabies had a relaxing stay at Woodlands Gardens which was so tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accomodation was neat and tidy and had everything you would need. The garden was spacious and my furbabies had a ball of a time.

Our stay was beyond expectation, The warm welcome from the host, cleanliness and peaceful, I recommend the place to anyone hesitating to book accommodation.

Had the most incredible stay at Weaver chalet, with my dog, Atlas! Loved the wooden type layout, how rustic, sunny & airy the place was. A stunning fully fenced garden, perfect for Atlas to explore & play. The boma fireplace was the best, they even gave us wood for it & indoor fireplace a lovely addition. The outdoor braai was well set up, even on the windiest day I could get it going. The coziest cabin with all the furnishings. Hosts were super friendly & helpful. Jo fixed my thermostat to make my water hotter & they also had lovely, friendly dogs, esp Alaska who enjoyed playing with Atlas. So quiet & peaceful. A scenic, country getaway from the city!

Woodlands Gardens is serene, pet-friendly, and a true escape from the city. Communication was excellent, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The gardens are peaceful and welcoming, making it a lovely retreat. For me, it felt a little overpriced, but overall it was a restorative and enjoyable stay.

Please - Do not visit this establishment. The marketing on Bookings (and online generally) must be from a LONG time ago - Because the place is creaky, dusty, cobweb ridden and dilapadated. The front door locked us in and we had to open it through the patio door. We woke up on our second morning to flies all over the room and all the food was put away into the fridge. The Ibis Room has a bathtub, but it is outside and separate from the room - And it really as filthy. Cobwebs, dust and debris. When raised with the owners/managers and a request for refund was made for the R900 of a night, it was met with swift rejection and no offer of remediation. I made a unilateral decision for my Partner and I to check-out and go to a proper establishment, which cost R1500 extra. This place is just. not. worth. it. Save your money and peace of mind.

What a wonderful getaway in such a beautiful location. Lorraine and Joe are amazing, and are great every step of the way, from booking to check-in to check-out. I recommend the place wholeheartedly! Will be back for sure :)

We enjoyed the stay at woodland gardens. The available DVD player with a stunning array of DVD's to watch was a real treat. The property is very dog friendly with a pool for dogs and humans. The chalet was comfortable and neat. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing, amazing place!
We had an awesome time and could've easily stayed longer.
Nice cosy cabin with a huge comfortable bed and a fire place.
Spacious private garden with braai and fire pit.
Beautiful forest walks with a view of the corn fields next door.
Plus we had a doggo staying with us the whole time, which was such a bonus.
Pretty great for us city people to be in the midst of beautiful nature in under 2 hours
